In light of the current Covid-19 virus I would like to reassure you that we will continue to operate as normal, whilst continuing to monitor Government advice.
Currently our priority has to be the health and wellbeing of our staff, the majority of whom are now working remotely, with a skeleton staff working from the office. In the coming days/weeks this may change to all our staff working remotely. In such circumstances our disaster recovery plan will come into force and the office phone will be operational from remote work stations, together with all normal communication channels, i.e. emails etc.
Our 24/7 breakdown service will continue and contingency plans are in place with our networks to ensure as little disruption as possible and rest assured, we will handle calls for assistance as quickly as possible.
